Contact us via the form below with the Spotify link to your song. If you do not have this yet (i.e. the song is not out yet), you can still contact us and we’ll prepare the campaign to launch on Release Day.

We will begin pitching your song until a placement(s) is made that we are confident will secure the number of streams we have set out to achieve. We always strive to find the best playlist(s) for your song, and we will inform you as soon as we have an update!

This is up to the curator of the playlist, however, a typical campaign lasts between 3 and 6 weeks, and will normally be a minimum of 4 weeks.

Unfortunately, as Spotify restricts the data they provide to playlist curators we are not able to target specific audiences for your song, and can only pitch according to genre or style of music. And as all Spotify playlists are available to all users regardless of their location, it is also impossible for anyone to target a specific territory.

Yes, we offer a 48 hour cooling-off period, in case you change your mind on the purchase. However, we can only offer this as long it is prior to the release date. i.e. if the song has already been released, then we will have already launched the playlist campaign and will not be able to offer a refund at that stage. Yes. It is not in our interested to deliver dodgy results - you won’t come back!
We work with a trusted network of independent curators and so we can ensure that your song is placed in relevant, organic playlists with real followings. We also use playlist pitching to support our other promotional services like Paid Ads, and so it will not serve us to work with anyone who is not vetted - our whole system would crumble! We will keep pitching until we secure a playlist(s) that we feel will achieve the agreed number of streams. On the very rare occasion that the playlist does not deliver enough streams, we will secure a placement on an additional playlist or your money back! No quibbles. We want you to see this as absolutely risk free.

Firstly, if you contacted us between Friday-Sunday, please allow for a delay as we do not work on weekends. Otherwise, we will respond ASAP so we can get the campaign underway!

All good things must come to an end! Playlist curators freshen up their playlists regularly and your song will not stay on forever (obvsiously!), however all songs will be placed for a minimum of 3 weeks, and most remain on for 4-6 weeks. But regardless, the streaming target will be reached by the end of the campaign, or we will secure an additional placement.
